How much will my tattoo cost?

Properly, it depends on size, placement, detail and how your skin takes pigment — which is why nothing is quoted from a price list. You get an estimate after the design conversation, before you commit to anything.

Do you take a deposit?

If the studio reserves time and draws a custom design for you, a deposit may be requested to hold the slot. That is agreed directly with you in writing before any payment — nothing is taken through this website.

Can I pay by card?

Payment is arranged with the studio directly. Online payment is not part of this website, and no card details are ever entered into a form here.

Does it hurt?

Accepted Answer

It is discomfort, not agony, and it is very manageable. Bony areas and thin skin read stronger than muscle-heavy placement; sessions are paced around what you can take rather than the clock.

I have sensitive or scarred skin. Can I still get tattooed?

Often yes, with adjustments. Keloid-prone skin is the real stop. Send a photo of the area and the studio will tell you honestly before you book.

Do you tattoo over moles, veins or stretch marks?

Accepted Answer

Stretch marks take pigment differently and are worth designing for. Moles are worked around, never through, and anything that looks unusual gets a doctor first.

Can you cover up old work?

Often yes — but a cover-up is a design problem before it is a needle problem. Send a clear photo of the existing piece and the studio will tell you honestly what it can become.

Is there an age limit?

The studio tattoos and pierces adults only, and photo identification is checked at the appointment. If you are under eighteen, bring a parent or guardian and ask before booking.

How long until it heals?

Surface healing is usually one to two weeks; the layers underneath settle over roughly a month. Piercings take longer — soft tissue a few weeks, cartilage most of a year.

Can I go to the gym / swim / sauna?

Gym once the piece has stopped weeping, and only if friction from clothing or equipment will not catch it. Swimming, saunas and baths wait until fully healed — that is weeks, not days.

Will it affect my job?

Placement is the only real variable. If visibility matters to you, say so at the enquiry stage — it changes the design conversation, and it is nothing to be embarrassed about.

What if I regret it?

Tell the artist while the stencil is still on. Repositioning, resizing and redesigning at that point costs nothing and takes five minutes.
